The past 4 days have been a blast in New Zealand, it’s so good to be back. Tomorrow we catch our flight from Auckland to Christchurch, and then our 10 day adventure begins on the South Island. We cannot wait!!! This shot was taken over Tauranga Bay, while we were visiting Georgia’s Auntie up in the north ✨
Took this from the plane on route to CHC, probably the best shot of stars I’ve ever taken from a plane window..was covering the camera with the blanket wrapped around me like a weirdo 😂

Exploring with the locals. Roy’s peak stands between Wanaka and Glendhu Bay. It offers a full day walk with views across lake Wanaka and up to the peak of Mt. Aspiring. Great shot by @tomarcherphoto be sure to #NewZealandVibe to be featured 📷

On the 18th we share couple pics. I love you @sephierojas 😘😙😚❤❤❤
Oh hello there!
For those who don't know, I'm still alive. Although, I'll be real, I hit a creative block a couple of months back (when the cyclones were brewing) and so I haven't been out shooting or doing much exploring. And it wasn't much fun.
I have been using that time to focus on work, other types of photography I've been wanting to do more of, and MOSTLY myself.
It's good to actually take a break from the constant "need" to post something "new" on Instagram. The one thing that inspired much of my photography turned into something of a tedious routine and it was exhausting.
I found myself trying to compare myself with other instagramers with bigger following. Questioning every single post I put up. Wondering if this or that is worthy for Instagram. Wondering how many likes or followers this will get me. And feeling discouraged when I don't get the shot I want. Like I said, I was exhausted. Drained. But I'll get back out there soon, promise.
But yeah, that's just what I've been up to. What about you? What have you been up to?
Which way is up? Lake Gunn reflects

Some of the scenery you'll be rewarded with if you find yourself doing the Routeburn Track, one of New Zealand's great walks @laurie_winter

The only thing that can run you over on this road is cows. Lots of them. And they are invisible too
