GUEST SPEAKER ANNOUNCED FOR THE MILLENNIALS CIRCLE LAUNCH EVENT
We are delighted to confirm that our guest speaker at the launch event of 'The Millennials Circle' on Friday 9th February is Frank Starling.
Frank Starling’s life started off from humble beginnings. He grew up with his mother and sister on a council estate in Hackney and recognised from an early age that life wasn’t going to be easy. Frank’s commitment to supporting his family and attitude towards learning new skills meant he focused on how he could constantly improve professionally and personally. His career started off in 1996 with him delivering leaflets as a young teenager for 'Spices' Indian Takeaway and now 20 years on he is a sales professional with over 12 years of experience and 10 years in managing people. He has been lucky enough to be exposed to and learn from some of the best leaders in his industry and often takes the time to pass on those lessons through mentorship. Where possible, Frank looks at any negative experiences as growth opportunities and believes if something is not impossible then it is must be possible.
Frank will be talking about his life and career to date whilst offering some valuable tips for millennials wanting to progress in their careers, particularly those who are considering a future within sales and business development.
EARLY BIRD tickets are still available for this event but are limited, so if you want to hear from Frank, and network with other like minded millennials over something to eat and drink, then book your tickets now.

Can we take a minute to appreciate how amazing the @wagamama_uk and @kingcookdaily collaboration is 🙌🏻Veganism is at its peak at the moment and it makes me so happy to see more and more big chains making an actual effort to bring quality vegan food to the masses!
Pictured are my favorites from last night:
• the #cookmama - the Waga and King’s new dish that was a little too spicy for my poor white tastebuds but still SO good, I couldn’t stop eating even tho my eyes were tearing up #commitment amirite
• my favorite thing in the entire world - the mushroom and panko aubergine hirata steamed buns 🤤
• the pumpkin onigiri (these had peas in them so they might be a different version?) that taste so cheesy I have to double check they’re vegan every time 😂
I’d highly recommend you go to Wagamama’s Noodlelab on Dean Street and try these amazing dishes!
p.s. shoutout to @brixtonfoodfiend and her very profesh food light! My wagamama photos have never looked better 😂👌🏻
Too many people fall in love with the "idea" of love. Love is more then an idea. Its a connection, a bond, a lifestyle. Find that person who wants to fall down the rabbit hole with you. Who wants to guide you, lift you up and be a rock. Don't fall in love with an idea or a pretty face. Fall in love with a one of a kind person
Age doesn’t matter. Size doesn’t matter. Fitness level doesn’t matter. Why? Because there are modifications for everything. The pictures we create in our head of what we think we should look like and how “in shape” we think we should be get in our way. Accept where you are today knowing that it is not where you will be tomorrow or the next day or in a month, year from now, IF you focus on what matters. Commitment matters. Consistency matters. Effort matters. Energy matters. Community matters. Patience matters. This group has all that matters. They show up for themselves and for each other and I them. That’s what a team is. And every Tuesday and Thursday morning this team goes to work at 6am! Is it easy, no. Is it worth it, abso-freakinlutely!! #bootcamp#fitness#instructor#strength#agility#cardio#hiit#fit#strong#battleropes#core#commitment#motivation#team
How To Buy a Sports Car in Cash 💵
If mommy or daddy can’t afford one for you, here’s what I did and my recommendations for you…
Firstly and most importantly, you need to pay your dues and be sensible for many years before you even consider it. When I was younger, my intake from being an entrepreneur (and the fact I worked 80 hour weeks) exceeded nearly everyone I knew at my age, but, most of them had better cars than me 😂. I only ever had an average car for years as I always knew I would win if I played the long game and invested wisely.
Instead, I purchased an average car and invested all my money into my business and real estate. By investing into real estate, I was able to create not only a strong safety net, but, also a secondary cash flow that could pay off my car monthly by itself now If I had wished to finance it.
A side from that, I waited for nearly a decade until my yearly earnings where around 6x the cost of the car, so with just a 2-3 months of saving I could pay off for the car in full, not getting myself into a large lease, uncomfortable debt or blowing my life savings (again, a mistake most people make).
Basically, it all boils down to me being sensible and paying my dues. Probably not the sexy answer you wanted to hear, but the only right answer to when we discuss cars.
After all, any car over say $15k is really a luxury you don’t need, so in my eyes you should only lease, finance or buy an expensive car when you’ve got all you other stuff in alignment, when you have solid earnings and a mortgage (few exceptions for very successful entrepreneurs who get a better ROI in other investments but this is 1 in 10,000 people).
. Remember, a car is probably the WORST investment you will ever make financially, so don’t be stupid like most people and lease or finance an expensive car if that monthly payment is 30 or 40% of your monthly earnings, especially when you don’t even have a mortgage yet 🤔
Now, go work so hard that one day you can buy a sports car in cash with just a couple of months savings, there’s no better feeling than driving a sports car you actually deserve ✌️
Do you honestly put 100% effort in whatever it is you're doing?
Or are you a "dabbler"? The problem is not choosing something to do.
The problem is not focusing 100% of your energy on the current goal.
If it's exercise or diet, you still sneak here and there, and may give up too soon.
If it's sales, you dont make the 50 daily prospecting calls.
If it's school, you don't study and prepare thoroughly.
You're not really IN it.
Immerse yourself in whatever it is you do and put your entire soul into it.
That's how you'll know if it's meant for you. If you don't do that, you'll skate through life and "dabble" in everything.
Don't be the Jack of all trades, master of none.
That's tough to brand and sell.
Plus, you'll one day realize that you should have focused on one thing. Don't be that person.

"Hay personas mágicas. Te lo prometo. Las he visto. Se encuentran escondidas por todos los rincones del planeta. Disfrazadas de normales. Disimulando su especialidad. Procuran comportarse como los demás. Por eso a veces es tan difícil encontrarlas. Pero cuando las descubres, ya no hay marcha atrás. No puedes deshacerte de su recuerdo. No se lo digas a nadie, pero dicen que su magia es tan fuerte que si te toca una vez,lo hace para siempre" ✨

😍Here’s a short video I shot, cut, and Co-wrote. It features my twin brother @focus and my sister @sarah_yq, and represents my take on their marriage. 🇺🇸They got married right before Adam left for Afghanistan on his first deployment. It’s amazing to see them together after 4.5 years stronger than ever. It hasn’t been easy, but they fight for their love. It’s hard to explain their love story, so this is me trying to show it 🤓😎 Just curious, how did this make you feel? 🔥⚡️💥
The progress with my hair is keeping me going 💁🏽.. honestly was so so down when it came to my hair, sounds silly I know & I get there's a lot worse things to worry about but personally hair to me is my ultimate comfort blanket. What's mad is this is only ONE MONTH difference likeeee what the actual F. Honestly my hair neverrr used to grow.. wore hair extensions & bonds (yup together, oh and I also slept with the clip ins in 🙃) plus bleaching it & straightening it eveerrryyyy day! Gone every colour under the sun.. it's now been a couple of years since I ditched the hair extensions buttt still couldn't let the straight hair go. It's only been around 4 months since I decided to just let my curls be ➰.. you can tell how much healthier it is & how thicker it is! Just imagine what it'll be like in a years time 💁🏽
I only wash my hair 1/2 a week to let the natural oils nourish my hair. I take biotin tablets which have definitelyyyy helped. I sleep in a hair mask once a week. Also during the week majority of the time my hair will just be up in a pineapple 🍍 .. I now pay more interest in the chemicals in hair products & try my hardest to use natural products. Honestly best products I've discovered so far is @sheamoisture 😍
I know this is only month difference which I can't believe however it does take a lot of patience & commitment. Honestly I have zerooo patience so if I can do it then you certainly can 😘
