4 cucharadas de aceite
2 ajos finamente picado
1/2 cebolla finamente picada
500 gramos de carne molida de res
1/2 taza de pasta de tomate
4 cucharadas de perejil finamente picado
2 cucharadas de Sal de Mar especial para Carnes Rojas
1 cucharadita de pimienta negra molida
4 Pimentones grandes partidos en dos a lo largo
Paso a paso:
Precalienta el horno a 200° C.
Calienta el aceite en un sartén a fuego medio. Agrega el ajo y saltea por un minuto. Incorpora la cebolla y salte por tres minutos más, agrega la carne y salar con la Sal de Mar especial para Carnes Rojas y fríe por 10 minutos o hasta que este doradita.
Agrega la pasta de tomate y cuece por cinco minutos. Agrega el perejil, la quínoa y salpimienta mezclando todo perfectamente. Debe quedar medio húmedo.
Parte los pimientos por la mitad a lo largo. Colócalos en un refractario y rellénalos con el salteado de la carne.
Mete a hornear por 10 minutos. Retira y sirve.

I remember when I started my makeup classes earlier this year, yea I thought I had arrived as in I had achieved something big but a part of me was still thirsty! I told my man about it and then he gave me ideas and I was stuck on the part that had the cooking stuff...and he goes, you have to make sure it's your passion cos I'm someone who gets tired easily but when I wanna do anything, I make sure I do it well! Long and short of the story, I spent two months in the school and I can boldly and proudly say 'I am a woman with achieved goals! P.S, as small as i am, i love food sooooo damn much lol. I might not be exactly where I wanna be but I'm just fulfilled right now!
So this cookout is gon be amongst my close friends and families who have contributed to my life and encouraged me so far and moreover, i learnt that cooking is one of the greatest gifts you can give to people you love!!!
