Just a quick clip, n only clip iv managed to record recently. Been Concentrating with loud 🔊 old school rave music to get me going! Doesn't matter how long it's been since ...with those songs, it's all about the nostalgia!! That moment, that beat, that note, who u were wit and most of all !!! See I dun need no pre-workout out to make my fukn heart ♥ wanna jump out of my chest and explode 💣 🔥 or sniff no ammonia!! Just some 🎧 🎶. Anyways since doing squats 3 times a week and doing box squats, even using the Smith Machine again to spot me, the weight is becoming much easier to move n shift again.
I'm almost back!! 100kgs feel like 60kgs again and finally 120 n 130 feels like 100kg again. Improved Leg power also has translated into better lifts when I'm on the deadies. (dl)
I didn't even need the 15kg plate under to raise the bar higher in order to yank 200kg off the floor doing a deadlift for 2 immediately after smashing out 7reps of 180kg. New program is working well... More on that 🔜

I am DEAD after that HIIT workout, I haven’t done cardio in forever and I for sure had to deal with those consequences during that... I’ve always hated cardio but I’m making it a goal to incorporate at least 20+ minutes of HIIT or LISS 3 times a week to build my endurance up! My issue is I get bored so easily so HIIT is usually my go to! What’s your go to cardio routine??? 🏃🏼♀️🏃🏼♀️🏃🏼♀️
