If you've followed me for quite some time you know I compete. The last 12 or so weeks I've have gone under another prep and it's FINALLY peek week!
The left photo was taken 6 days before stepping on stage June 3rd 2017.

I've been keeping most of myself and body off of social media because I wanted to keep myself more accountable. I must say, these past 12 weeks have taught me A LOT. I have truly enjoyed this prep the best. It may not look it, but I actually weigh about 7lbs more in the left photo than I do the right! I've been not only been able to keep my calories and carbs high, but I have been able to mentally function a lot better through this prep. If it weren't for @katerinakountouris and her AMAZING knowledge and passion for nutrition I would NOT be here. She has truly taken me under her wing, and showed me and taught me thing I've never known. If you are looking to start your fitness journey, or genuinley have questions, DO TO HER PROFILE AND EMAIL HER. You won't be sorry.
