Let’s talk chia seeds. I’m not sure if you can see these little bundles of antioxidants, vitamins and minerals spread throughout my salad, but they are. As a matter of fact of I put them in my Salads almost every night. I hide them in lots of my kids Foods as well. I first learned about chai seeds about 7/8 years ago when I read Born to Run ( great book by the way). Chia seeds are high in antioxidants, omega 3, fiber, vitamins and minerals, protein, help reverse inflammation, hydration-they can absorb up to 30 x their weight in water, great for pregnancy, postpartum (breastfeeding), the list goes on. I highly recommend you adding these little gems to your diet. #chiaseeds#borntorun#foodismedicine#healthyfood#eatrealfood@juggernautmentality
