This year I’m celebrating five years of shooting weddings. Sure I started before then, but 2012 was the year I really started. That was when I decided the kind of wedding photographer I wanted to be, and when I decided to go with the name Mr Sleeve (I’ll tell you why over a drink one day).
So it seems like a good time to relive some wedding moments from over the last five years. Like this ace shot (intended) from Laura and Ryan’s day.

Steffi @stef.ae & Wout. They got married in winter and had the genious idea to to their couple shoot in the greenhouses of Meise. They celebrated their wedding in their typical style with a subtle hint to @wesandersonplanet (Wes Anderson cinematography) and it was absolutely hilarious!
Can’t wait for spring, it’s just around the corner!

It's strange, very hot, but it's fresh, full of puddles, children run happy and wet, as if it just rained .... I do not understand anything ‼️ There probably is some secret .... No wonder, the French are such dreamers‼️ Surprise ‼️‼️
Once upon a time I fell in love with analog photography and man I'm still not over that love :). Digital photos are fun too but analogs give this authentic vintage look that can be difficult to replicate.

I love analogues aka Film photography. And I love clouds and hills. Ohhh... Napa! What's your dream location for your photos and would you prefer film over digital?

Life hack: if you’ve been backpacking together through the Patagonian wilderness for three days and your wife is getting a little stinky, just toss her in a glacial lagoon for a quick bath ❄️🙅🏼♀️ juuuust kidding, that definitely didn’t happen. Thankfully Nate loves his wife, no matter how stinky ☺️😉

To say this week in Yosemite has been awesome would be an understatement. The weather is terrible and I’m absolutely loving it. Falling asleep to the sound of rain on the van, watching the fog roll through the valley at sunset and sunrise (watch my story for some time lapses), wandering new pathways through the dripping forest...I’m so happy right now. Yosemite in the winter is my favorite. We had so much fun with Gabriella and Aaron’s engagement photos on Monday and are looking forward to a few elopements in the next couple of days! I am so thankful I get to work and play in the best place on earth.

After a great week off we’re headed back to Yosemite for another week of sessions and elopements!! I can’t wait to see the new snow and experience the storm coming later this week. I know I’ll be complaining of cold toes in no time...but it’ll be worth the beauty 😂 Will anyone else be in the valley this week?

It’s been a minute since we introduced ourselves on here, and apparently you’re supposed to do that on fridays. So anyway, hey there! We’re Nate & Megan, the faces behind the cameras. I particularly love this photo because it shows us doing what we love most, which is adventuring in the outdoors. At the time we were on a short backpacking trip through Los Glaciares National Park in Patagonia, Argentina —unshowered, messy hair, dried sweat and dirt caked around our faces. Honestly that’s where we feel most like ourselves. When we have dirt in our fingernails and sore feet, and huge smiles on our faces, that’s where we find the most inspiration. I always feel incredibly privileged when we get to hike to a beautiful spot with our couples and capture them saying their vows. There’s something about a vast landscape that really makes you feel the weight of it all. This job is rad, to say the very least.

I normally reserve wedding related things to our wedding account @cedarandpines but I figured this is relevant to all you adventure people too. I wrote a blog about how to have an awesome wedding without a venue. Tips on how to get married on public land & national parks, and why you should have your wedding in a place that’s special to you. Nate and I got so frustrated with the whole wedding scene when we got married, we didn’t want fancy flowers or plated meals. We just wanted to have a rad night with the people we love in a place we love.
Anyway, if you love adventure, why not get married in a place that inspires adventure? Link in bio!

These Babes just received their wedding pics 😊 had such a great flashback while editing this awesome backyard wedding! Everything about this day was so sooo amazing!!! We feel blessed and honored we became a part of your adventure and got to witness your love together with all your families and friends 💕 #cxrpreset
Hi hello welcome. 👋🏼
I’m a overly excited girl who spends the majority of her time behind a screen typing only to emerge from her hole in order to climb rocks and wade through water with people in love. They typically make out while I hold up a big black box screaming, “YASSSS DO IT AGAIN!!”
When you put it like that my job is pretty freaking weird, right? 😂😂😂 Tell me what you do for a living below in the comments, but in the weirdest way possible! 👇🏼👇🏼 Go!! #lindseyromanphotography
