Its Friday (I think 🙈) It’s insanely cold outside ☃️ I haven’t ‘worked out’ in well over 2 weeks, kinda feeling like I’ll just wait until I get back home to the sunshine, I’ll start fresh on Monday☀️....I’ve enjoyed loads of amazing food on my travels, I also ate sushi every single day 🍤🍣 So staying in a nice warm bed is the better option right? This sounds like a conversation you’ve had with yourself, doesn’t it ⁉️ How about NO!!! I know there are a million excuses not to do a workout today BUT there's so many reasons why you should!
It’s all to easy to put your workouts aside and take your health for granted. I’ve learnt that for so many people it takes something bad to happen, to make you realise that now is the time to invest in your health. Time to make a change.
I was fed up having no energy and to that I kept getting sick! I made a change because - ♥️I wanted to feel comfortable and confident in my own skin ♥️I wanted to heal myself naturally and stop getting sick, to do this with good nutrition and daily exercise, the intuitive way. ♥️I wanted more energy and focus ♥️I wanted to be the example to my friends and family that this can be a healthy lifestyle and it doesn’t need to take over your whole life obsessing about workouts and nutrition, but taking 30 mins a day to yourself can have such a huge impact on your life and those around you
I started my journey some 5-6 years ago!! The changes don’t happen overnight, you didn’t put on the weight in a week, so you won’t lose it in a week. It’s not a quick fix or a fad diet - one hamburger doesn’t make you fat, just like one salad doesn’t make you skinny. It’s a lifestyle. Investing in YOU is not selfish it’s selfless and it’ll be the best investment you’ll ever make.
