I mentioned in a previous post.. When I bring my own TRX to the gym I set it up on the Lat pull machine OR the cable column as shown. Be sure to adjust the pin to the heaviest weight... or you’ll fall 🙊😂. #iknowfromexperience .
One of the many reasons I love the #trx is you can easily adjust the intensity of an exercise with just a small step forward or backward. .

14 morning miles with @runningwithmoxie - while we baked under the Colorado sun ☀️ I felt like we were in the middle of a desert during today's run because it felt so dry - except we were surrounded by snow.
I've run a lot with this girl, but I learned something new about Amber today. She's SOO not a dog person! We were running along, and a husky dog with no apparent owner in sight started approaching us. It just kept getting closer and closer until it was basically at my waist! As I started saying "shoo" to the dog, I simultaneously felt two hands behind me on my shoulders!!😂 I was like.... What the crap?!! Amber, are you seriously like feeding me to this dog and using me as bait?!!!😂🤔🐶
Anyway, the dog eventually left, and me and Amber had a serious(😉) convo and she said she at least wouldn't have completely left me to fend for myself if it came to that...😜 Lol, it was hilarious and gave us a good laugh. Just glad the dog didn't attack us! Sheesh!! I like dogs, but I won't lie - I don't always like dog OWNERS. Like, take care of your dog people! We don't know how to react if a dog comes at us like that!!
