A central part of #trump and the @GOP tax plan is repealing the estate tax. To be clear: the estate tax only affects estates of over $5,400,000, and repealing it would add $2,700,000,000 to the federal deficit. It would benefit #trump and other old, wealthy people while bankrupting the country. Clearly making America great...ugh. @realdonaldtrump#estatetax

HAPPY, HEALTHY, & FREE.
I’ve been getting heaps of questions, comments, and concerns about my weight recently... let’s talk about it!
If you just started following me recently, you might be thinking, ‘What are you talking about? Your weight seems to be fine’. But if you have been tuning in to my videos / IG page for YEARS then you may (or may not) have noticed a change in my weight. I want to be clear in addressing that my weight fluctuates (as it does for many people, not just me). Growing up, I always had a petite build and didn’t carry heaps of extra fat on my body. I’ve always been active (as a kid, in my teens, and presently). As I reached my late teens I began to struggle with overeating. I pushed down my emotions with food. I had an intuitive feeling that I wasn’t here to follow the standard American lifestyle but I suppressed those thoughts, feelings, and ideas. I was taught to suppress by society as we all are.
Over the past 3.5 years I have been consciously focusing on bettering my health and aligning with my true self. Not every step of the journey has been a piece of cake but when I look back I see IMMENSE progress. I’m not speaking of my physical body ~ but rather my mind, body, and soul connection.
When I hiked the Appalachian Trail this summer I had the space and time to really clear up a lot of things. I learned who I am, the role I play in this universe, and what truly matters ~ from these insights nearly everything has changed. I don’t turn to food to suppress because there is nothing to suppress. When I feel, I express. There are no feelings or emotions to hide, feel shame about, or guilty of. I am aligned with my true self.
As a result of these internal shifts my lifestyle behaviors have shifted as well. I eat when I am hungry, stop when I am full. I eat food that nourishes my body and matches my energetic frequency. I do not eat to fill a void because I no longer feel a void. I move when my body seeks movement and stay still when my body seeks stillness. I drink when I’m thirsty, sleep when I’m tired, play when I’m energized, create when I’m focused, communicate when I’m attracting socialization....

Trump finally calls widow of fallen Army soldier — only to tell her ‘he knew what he signed up for’
Donald Trump on Tuesday finally called the families of four U.S. soldiers who were killed during an ambush in Niger earlier this month, only to tell the widow of U.S. Army Sgt. La David Johnson, “he knew what he signed up for.”
“Yes, he said it,” Rep. Frederica Wilson (D-FL) told ABC. “It’s so insensitive. He should have not have said that. He shouldn’t have said it.”
Trump called Tuesday afternoon and spoke to Johnson’s widow, who’s pregnant with her third child to the deceased Army soldier. Johnson is also survived by a 2-year-old son and 6-year-old daughter.
According to Wilson, Trump later added, “But when it happens it hurts anyway.”
The report comes amid growing controversy over Trump’s delayed acknowledgment of the deaths of four servicemen, as well as his deflection of any criticism aimed at said delay. The president on Monday inaccurately claimed his predecessors, including former presidents Barack Obama and George W. Bush “did not call”the families of fallen soldiers and sometimes “didn’t do anything” to acknowledge those killed in the line of duty.
