Drinking water can have numerous benefits.
One important factor, is that it can help boost the amount of calories you burn.
According to 2 studies, it can boost metabolism by 24-30% over a period of 1-1.5 hours. This can amount to 96 additional calories burned if you drink two litres (67 oz) of water per day.

I start out every morning with a cup of coffee and half a scoop of BPI’s Keto Bomb creamer paired with rice cakes or oatmeal. Then after that I take one Roxy Lean as a fat burner. Many of you may wonder what I'm doing to stay on track with #holidayseason
SO I give myself Thanksgiving to treat myself. Normally I have one day a week for treats. So of course I'm doing it on Thanksgiving! It's an important day to relax and enjoy your family and everything you are happy for.
Other then that one day my diet is pretty on point. I give myself that day to recharge and rest. The next day I'll make sure I'm lifting, and today! To put that food to use. Also having a cheat meal resets my metabolism to keep me burning fat and keeping my hard earned muscle.
Don't be afraid to eat just do it in moderation and make sure you are on track the rest of the week 🙌🏻 I'm also very thankful for all of the wonderful people who follow my story and who are kind, it never goes unnoticed💕
