As the years go by and my involvement with archery and bowhunting rapidly grow my passion of fitness has seamlessly fit into my lifestyle of an avid outdoorsman. I continuously learn how fitness and hunting go hand in hand and how it has lead to my success as a bowhunter.
• Cardio augments lung power: shooting control, because we all know how important controlled breathing is in hunting situations.
• strong legs: reduces/prevents soreness after hiking miles through the woods with gear to get to that favorite spot.
• strong core: steadier aiming and easier backpacking. Your core is your support system!
• strong back and shoulders (my favorite): promotes good muscle memory. When you repeatedly engage these muscles at full draw it becomes second nature. Nothing is better in archery than consistency!
DM me any questions about specific exercises to do, fitness in general, or bowhunting. I’m always willing to help! 🏹
