🤓.....................................................🇬🇧I have sworn to NEVER cycle around a lake 300K long...is just sick and not even fun ... 👿 SWOSH it said 💫 and here I am, with a team and team suit 🤷🏼 someone however needed to make an effort to ensure some sort of gender distribution in this already male dominated sport 🙋🏼 💃🏼👠💪🏼 If I can handle Sub10? That's another question... Put all my trust in our ⭐️ captain @antonlindb_ 👆🏼note two self: never say never ! 🤓 #vätternrundan2018#forefrontconsulting

Before attempting this workout, I recommend reading this post. I am a big proponent of upper/lower splits. However, if you're brand new to lifting, I recommend you start with a full body routine for at least 6 months. As a beginner, I strongly believe your main focus should be building up a solid base of strength and getting your technique down on compound lifts. You'll gain muscle during this process and build a solid foundation for yourself for the future. I talk more in detail about this in my E-book (link in my bio 😁) and provide some examples if you're interested.
This is just one example of a full body workout. You wouldn't do this each workout but perhaps once a week and you'd alternate it with other slightly different variations of this full body workout (you'll notice this particular one does not include deadlifts but your next workout would). You would do a total of 3 workouts per week and every other day. I also didn't mention sets and reps because those would change slightly as well from workout to workout.
In addition to these, you could also add 2 "optional exercises" which would be isolation exercises such as face pulls, lateral raises, or calf raises. The optional exercises are there to hit something you feel may not be getting stimulated enough during the compounds. You'd also add some abs 1-2 times per week as well.
Like I said, as a beginner, your goal isn't to look like Mr. Olympia in 6 months. It should be to try to build strength and try to get good at the compound exercises. Once you do that, you'll be in a much better position to make continual progress for years afterwards.
If you're still struggling to set up your routine and/or diet for your goals, check out my e-book by clicking the link in my bio 👍🏼.
