Can you power snatch more than you squat snatch? Is overhead squatting in isolation no big thang but catching the barbell at the bottom of your squat somehow very difficult and sorta terrifying? You need to work on your third pull! 🏋️♀️💫
We’ve got just 6 spots left in our Third Pull workshop going down on Saturday, September 30th at 2pm. Get yours by clicking over to tiny.cc/thirdpull (link in bio). Members and non-members both welcome, no experience necessary!
The third pull is your transition under the bar, and speed through the third pull is critical to success snatching heavier weight.
This is a great opportunity to spend some focused time getting comfortable dropping under the bar, developing your turnaround speed, and catching weight in the bottom of your squat.
All skill levels are welcome to attend: no prior experience is necessary. This workshop is suitable for weightlifters, CrossFitters, and anyone who'd like to learn more about the snatch.
Members and non-members are welcome. The seminar is free for all Virtuosity and Barbell Club members with a new All Access Unlimited membership; $30 for all other participants.
Register now at tiny.cc/thirdpull (link in bio): we're limiting this workshop to 10 athletes!

Today I want to learn something from you!
At med school we learn a lot about how the body works, diseases, pharmacology, bacteria, viruses etc...
Sure, all of these things are very important!
But what is unfortunately often missing in med school, is the teaching of soft skills - which is also very important when you interact with a patient.
Let me know what is important to you when you go to the doctor. What do you expect from him besides his medical competence?
You know you’re on a diet when: 👇🏼
- your chest starts looking like pulled pork -
- you feel like you’re gonna pass out when you get up (or is that just me😂)
- the only reason you want to go to sleep is to wake up and eat breakfast
