The sun sets every single day, something so magical that can be taken for granted. I know when I was younger the sunsetting meant that it was time to go inside and stop playing. Nowdays it's a moment in the day that I love. It happens every day, but I love noticing different things about it wherever I am in the world. Setting over the ocean, over the mountains, behind islands, is the moon full, can I see stars, are the clouds pink, or is it burning orange. Guys, LISTEN UP! There is a BIG difference between eating healthy and starving yourself. You really don't have to just eat "lettuce and chicken"😩🙅🏻unexciting foods and constantly think you have to eat very little every day to get “skinny." So whats the big problem with this pattern of eating?
❌You’ll feel tired and lethargic 😴
❌You’ll feel weak.
❌You’ll feel constantly hangry (and more likely to reach for those donuts later)🌝
❌Skin and hair problems
❌Constipation and digestive issues😯
❌No variety. Different colors = different nutrients! no one food as all the ingredients we need so you MUST eat a VARIETY of nutrient dense foods! 🌈
❌Your metabolism will take a beating. Its like telling your body you’re starving which will slow down your metabolism.

Whit Chocolate Pumpkin Dough Balls by @eat.drink.shrink 💛
1 1/2 cups almond flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 1/2 tsp pumpkin spice
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
3/4 can pumpkin puree
1/2 cup maple syrup
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 banana smashed
1/3 cup almond milk
1 1/2 cups vegan white chocolate chips (divided)
1/3 cup coconut oil
Combine dry ingredients. Combine wet ingredients. Fold in 1/2 cup vegan white chocoalte chips. Form balls, place in fridge to set for 15 minutes. Melt coconut oil in microwave, pour over chips. Pop in the microwave at 10 second intervals until fully melted. Pour over the chilled cookie dough balls or dip. Top with a pinch of cinnamon. Place back in fridge to set. Enjoy! #veganfoodvideos
