I know my eating habits have gotten off track when I walk into the co-op and I'm craving all of the veggies, fruits and protein! 🥒 Like, I'm not even craving sugar or dairy because I've been eating so much of it! #yikes 😳 As someone who lives with depression, anxiety, addiction and fibromyalgia; food truly is medicine and fuel.
I can tell that my (mostly) paleo eating style has gone off track because I'm tired, irritable, moody, sad and anxious. That's definitely not how I want to live.
So here I am, surrendering to where I am right now and supporting where I want to go and how I want to feel (which is grounded, focused, balanced and energized)!

Ok-whateva I tried. So I got half a chicken and glazed it with honey and @enconaofficial hot pepper sauce which is SPICY 🌶 but nicey 😏 and then I've got a bed of spinach leaves with @tildarice pinto bean green chilli and lime (little pouch thing you microwave you know the drill), then I pan fried some roquito red pepper, aubergine and courgette in @frylighthq coconut spray (obvs) and then I've popped some black seasame seeds on top for that texture adventure and also aesthetic purposes. Then last but not least the classic balsamic drizzle stuff which I use even if it doesn't go bc it looks sick amiright and then some @alpro go soya yog (again obviously you knew that was coming) happy Tuesday, feel free to call me Miss Nando xoxxoxo #thetinytank

LUNGES! 💪🏼 Lunges are the most popular leg exercises, and for a very good reason!
Here are some tips to get them right 😊
-Not going into full depth! This is really common especially if you don't have the mobility, aim to go down 90degrees
-Knee travelling over your toes. This can ajse injury! Focus on keeping a straight line from your knee down to your toes
-Knee caving in. Your knee should travel forward not inward
-Back is neutral, hips facing forward -Reaching full depth, 90 degrees -Knee kept behind your toes
