I hate running. Olympic distance for the run is 6.2 miles. I am at 4.1 and I need a beak.
I know that's not how a typical triathlon goes! But when you are challenging yourself. You listen to your body, you don't give up but you pace yourself. It's ok to take a break. I don't run, swim or bike regularly. Or EVER really so this is. HUGE challenge for me. But I'm doing it.
