Left or right?
QUALITY & QUANTITY 🍫🍉
The obvious choice here is the watermelon yet sometimes we have a difficult time choosing. I've done several comparisons where the macros were similar, but I think something we lose when we get too caught up in counting macros is how we FEEL🙏🏼
🍫At first when I feel like I need something sweet I automatically think chocolate. The truth is this tiny little serving isn't going to satisfy my sweet tooth..!
🍉 If I truly think about how I feel after I eat one or the other I realize that the watermelon will satisfy my sweet tooth, fill me up (hello volume) and NO GUILT, not to mention will keep me hydrated, and watermelon is packed with vitamin A & C
🗣 I'm not here to tell you which one to choose if you want the snickers go for it, but If you want to change your lifestyle then you have to change your THINKING. .
💭 HOW is this food going to make me feel!? I'm the first one to tell you restricting is not the answer BUT be honest with yourself and above all do what's right for you.
