Day 19 of #strengthforall challenge is leaning half Hanumanasana.
This posture is good for building core strength while working on flexibility in the hips & hamstrings. This uplifting variation of Hanumanasna (splits) can really help us feel the benefit of building strength in our yoga practice. It isn't about pushing our bodies to the extreme but finding ways to move mindfully, fully engaged in the posture and the present moment :)

Lately it’s been 🏢💤💻 for me but I’d be lying if I said 👫 didn’t impact it a little as well. As much as I believe in taking ownership for your actions, I think it’s also important to fully understand the influences in your environment. What’s your school / work schedule like like? Do you live alone or with other people? Do those other people eat healthy too? Are you under a lot of stress? Yes - dieting requires willpower, but it shouldn’t be miserable. The right diet for you will be the diet that best matches up with your lifestyle. I can tell you about my diet all day, but unless you live the exact same life as me (lol wouldn’t that be funny) then chances are it won’t get the same results for you.
Tonight I’ll be live streaming at 7pm EST talking about the MOST COMMON answers from this post and what we can do about it. Keep an eye on my story for more updates on that!! #tfnteam
