If you think there are too many calories in the ice cream and you are looking for healthier ice cream options, then you can always make it at home. Homemade ice creams are fun to make, and you can use all the healthy ingredients that you want. There is no limit to the flavors that you can create when it comes to the ice creams.
Here are some healthy ice-cream recipes you can try at home:
🍦 Lemon and Buttermilk Ice Cream: Sugar, Fresh lemon juice,Half and a half, Buttermilk (fat-free) and Whole milk.
🍦 Dark chocolate peanut butter swirl ice cream: Greek yogurt (plain), Bananas (frozen), Maple syrup, Natural peanut butter, Cocoa powder.
🍦 Peach Ice Cream: Fat-free milk (evaporated), Fat-free milk, Sweetener (calorie-free), Egg substitute, Almond extract, Frozen or fresh peaches.

Yesterday turned out, I'll need some elegant and pretty outfit for this weekend. 👑👗 After work I checked my wardrobe and it turned out it's actually disaster, my options are very limited at this moment. 🙁 This is the only bad and difficult thing in a lifestyle change and weight loss journey. All my old favourite clothes are huge. I mean really huge, not just a bit looser. 🙈 Which makes me truly happy but it's definitely a disaster for my bank account. 😂🤣🤑💸💳
I have a few long shirts, now they will work as a tunic or dress or something like this for a while. Okay, but I need a pretty belt to wear them. I was already in bed when I got the light 🔦and remembered that earlier I was a massive leather belt lover, a collector actually. 😂🙈 How could I even forget about it!? I was just hoping I have at least one or two with me in London. This morning I checked all my boxes and I found these beauties. 😍 Have no idea why I brought with me, what was I hoping when I moved... 🤔
In the last few years I didn't wear too much belts, just didn't wanted the focus on my waist area I guess. 😥 But now I can have again them. Just realised how much I missed these pretties. 💚
And it's definitely a happy day for my Hubby as well, I don't need to spend money for new stuffs. 😂😆👛💰💸🛍️

Can we take a second to applaud Todd 👏🏼👏🏼on this glorious meal he just created using the bison burgers I prepped during my meal prep. Now this is the kind of fast food I like to see😋🙌🏼👌🏼😎.
1/2 cup red onions diced
1 lb ground bison from @buyranchdirect
1 medium zucchini diced
1 head of cilantro
2 Tbsp jalapeño
2 tsp garlic powder
1-2 tsp coriander
1 tsp smoked paprika
2 tsp cumin
Celtic sea salt and pepper to taste
1 Tbsp @chosenfoods avocado oil
Sautéed your veggies with avocado oil for 5 minutes. Then add your seasoning and cook until fragrant (1-2 minutes). Let cool and add to your ground bison and mix with your hands. Roll into balls and flatten with your hands. Add to a greased grill pan and cook 2-3 minutes each side in medium high.
Then grill some bread with a little @fourthandheart Ghee and @rumianocheese pepper jack cheese, add patties, avocado, and lettuce and boom 💥 dinner is served.
