If you're needing more mindful moments in your life, car rides can be a great time to grab them. Drives can be stressful, angry, and rushed. With some intention, they can become calming, relaxing and centering.
While driving, try taking slow deep breaths while noticing 5 things you can see, 2 that you hear, 2 that you feel. "I see a red car, the sky is blue, I feel cool air, I hear my song on the radio..." Focus closely on the details of these sensory experiences while breathing.
You can also try deep breathing while naming 10 things you're grateful for.
The most stressful time of the day can be transformed into a LIVE WELL moment you look forward to when you become fully present in the moment and let the past and future move aside.
How might you incorporate some mindfulness into some drive time this week? I hope it's a great one!
The struggle is real! It doesn't matter when the alarm goes off, I'd rather sleep.
But more 😴 doesn't get me in the best mindset for the day... Miracle morning routine ✔️

sundays is for looking after my little plant family. it's so weird, but i feel like i see them as little creatures with their own will and characters and imagine stories how they interact with each other. i guess my daydreaming days as a kid aren't over at all. 💕😍🌿💖💜
