Still doing #cardio and #weights 6x week.
Diet is alllllllmost perfect. I've had 2 slip ups in the last 4 weeks (in the form of evenings out, NOT full days or weekends). Both were in the name of big life celebrations, I knew they were coming, and I embraced them happily.
As everyone who follows me will know, when I have a deadline I'm 100% effort, but I don't currently have one, so I've allowed myself those "slips" and not been remotely stressed about them. I'm working hard and #eating right and when the time comes, I'll push myself across that finish line.
Everybody has their own interpretation of "balance" and this is it for me ☝🏼.
I enjoy training daily and eating well, I also enjoy real life.
Balance goes out the window when goals come into focus.
I thrive differently, but happily, in both environments.
I encourage you all to find your own balance, and not to compare your own happiness to anyone else's. ❤️
